Chandigarh, March 28 —A youth was brutally attacked with a sharp-edged weapon near Prajapati Bhawan in Chandigarh’s Sector 37 on Wednesday.
The victim, Jaskaran Singh, was grievously injured, and his Mahindra Thar’s windows were shattered. According to the FIR, Singh alleged that Haseenm Vashu, Sameer, and others assaulted him and vandalised his vehicle.
He was rushed to Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector 16, where his condition remains stable.
Police registered a case under Sections 126, 118(2), 351, 3(5), and 324(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Sector 39 police station.
