New Delhi/Chandigarh, December 26, 2024: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh observed Veer Baal Diwas by visiting Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib to pay homage to the Sahibzadas. Calling their martyrdom an unmatched chapter in Indian history, Chugh described their sacrifices as a symbol of courage and dedication to protecting faith and culture.

Chugh accentuated that over 16,000 programs were held nationwide under BJP’s leadership to commemorate the occasion. Guided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, the observances spanned the entire nation, from Kerala to Kashmir and Guwahati to Kanyakumari, reinforcing the significance of the Sahibzadas’ legacy.

At Rashtrapati Bhavan, young achievers were honored as part of Veer Baal Diwas celebrations, with the Prime Minister engaging with thousands of children at Bharat Mandapam. These events aim to inspire future generations with the Sahibzadas’ spirit of valor and sacrifice.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s sons stood firm against oppression, rejecting forced conversions and material allurements, and ultimately chose martyrdom to uphold their beliefs. Chugh emphasized that their supreme sacrifice is a cornerstone of Indian heritage, transcending regional boundaries.

According to Chugh, Veer Baal Diwas serves as a platform to instill in young minds the values of dedication, loyalty, and courage, ensuring the timeless message of the Sahibzadas inspires generations to come.
