Fans are anxiously expecting the release of Stree 2, which stars Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in pivotal roles. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has already booked over Rs 37 lakh for its first day.

The film grossed Rs 37.58 lakh after selling 9731 tickets for a total 2008 shows, according to the report. The creators announced on Saturday that advance booking for Stree 2 is now open. It will be released in theaters on August 14 on Independence Day eve, with night shows beginning at 9.30 p.m., Maddock Films said on social media.
“Stree 2—Advance Booking Open Now,” the studio wrote beside a poster for the flick. “Woh Stree hai, woh kuch bhi kar sakti hai!” Isilye, she’s coming a night early particularly for you. Stree2, the legend, returns on Independence Day Eve, with night shows beginning at 9:30 p.m. on August 14, 2024,” it added.
Stree, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, was one of 2018’s most profitable and critically acclaimed films. Aside from Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar, all three actors are returning for the sequel.
The film, directed by Amar Kaushik, revolves around the little village of Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, where an evil spirit named Stree abducts men at night during the festival season. It was based on the Nale Ba urban mythology, which spread throughout Karnataka in the 1990s.

Stree 2 is produced by Dinesh Vijan through Maddock Films and Jio Studios’ Jyoti Deshpande.
Stree 2 will compete at the box office with other high-profile films, like Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham’s Vedaa.
