Lok Sabha Elections-  Nominations filed for Lok Sabha Elections

 13 March 2024,Himachal Pradesh–  Lok Sabha Election: Anurag Thakur from Hamirpur, Suresh Kashyap and Vinod Sultanpuri from Shimla filed nomination papers.

The process of nomination for Lok Sabha elections and assembly by-elections is going on. On Monday, BJP candidate from Hamirpur parliamentary constituency, Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur filed his nomination.

The process of nomination for Lok Sabha elections and assembly by-elections is going on in Himachal Pradesh. On Monday, BJP candidate from Hamirpur parliamentary constituency, Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur filed his nomination for the fifth time. Anurag Thakur reached DC office Hamirpur in a show of strength. Before nomination, Anurag Thakur offered prayers at Kuldevi Avahadevi temple. On the other hand, BJP candidate from Shimla parliamentary constituency Suresh Kashyap also filed his nomination. During this, Kashyap also demonstrated strength.

Similarly, Congress candidate Vinod Sultanpuri has also filed nomination from Shimla Lok Sabha seat. During this, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, State Congress President Pratibha Singh and MLA Kuldeep Singh Rathore were also present. After nomination, Vinod reached the Congress rally organized at Sultanpuri Chada Maidan.

Former minister Dr. Ramlal Markanda filed nomination as an independent candidate.

Former Minister of Tribal District Lahaul-Spiti Assembly, Dr. Ram Lal Markanda has filed his nomination as an independent candidate. He filed the form in the SDM office in Keylong on Monday morning. Dr. Markanda entering the electoral fray, Lahaul-Spiti by-election has become interesting and three-cornered. Whereas Kehar Singh has filed nomination as an independent candidate from Kangra-Chamba Lok Sabha seat.
