Janvi Jindal: From dropping out private school due to financial constraints to the Guinness World Records
Janvi Jindal started skating when she was just 8 years old. Her father has been her biggest support. Her father drove her to a government school from a private school because he couldn’t afford the fees. But he saw Janvi’s potential and encouraged her to pursue skating.
“Can’t afford training for international tours,” said Janvi’s parents
Janvi Jindal has competed in various local and national skating competitions. She has also participated in international events, although it’s been challenging due to financial constraints.
“To get Janvi trained for international skating competitions is financially challenging for us, as a professional coach charges between 5 to 6 lakhs. And taking a whole international trip means spending at least 15 lakhs which is not possible for us at this period of time.
Janvi Jindal is an ace skater from Chandigarh who has the potential to win gold for India at international level, all she needs is governmental support.
“With hard work, determination, and passion, anything is possible. Don’t let financial constraints or obstacles hold you back. Keep pushing yourself, and you’ll achieve your goals,” said Janvi Jindal.
