Chandigarh, August 09- The Haryana Government has directed appointing authorities for Group-A and Group-B positions to upload their requisition forms through the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) portal. The online submission platform can be accessed at https://rps.hpsc.gov.

According to a letter issued by the Chief Secretary’s office, requisition forms for Group-A and Group-B positions are currently being sent to the HPSC in offline mode by various departments, boards, and corporations. During the review of these forms, the Commission has noted several discrepancies, leading to the forms being returned to the respective departments for correction. This process delays the recruitment timeline significantly.
To expedite the recruitment process, the Commission has developed an online requisition portal with built-in safeguards to minimize errors in the forms. Therefore, the government has decided that, moving forward, only online requisition forms will be considered. Offline forms will no longer be accepted by the Commission.
All administrative secretaries have been directed to ensure that appointing authorities for Group-A and Group-B positions upload and submit their requisition forms through the HPSC portal https://rps.hpsc.gov.
