Amid the changed politics of Himachal Pradesh, the contest for the by-election on Dharamshala assembly seat has become three-cornered. To win this seat, which has 35 percent OBC, 23 percent ST, 20 percent SC and 22 percent general category voters, one will have to overcome as many challenges as Dhauladhar.
