Bareilly, 25 January 2025- Google Maps has once again fooled people in  Bareilly. This time two French citizens going from Delhi to Kathmandu by bicycle became the victims of this trap . They lost their way and reached near Churaili Dam in Baheri area.

It was late night so they started setting up their tent there. When the light on their helmets flashed in the dark, the villagers started shouting that they were aliens. CO, Baheri put them on the right track.

According to the police, Brian Jacques Gilbert and Sebastian Francois Gabriel had come to Delhi by flight on January 7. The next day they left for Kathmandu from Delhi by bicycle. Both were moving ahead with the help of Google Maps.

They had to go to Kathmandu via Tanakpur, but lost their way and reached Churaili Dam. There, on Thursday night at 10:30, the French citizens, troubled by the dense fog, asked for help from the locals, so they brought them to the police outpost.
