04 May 2024, Delhi – Arvinder Singh Lovely Latest News: Congress has suffered a major setback before the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi. Five Congress leaders, including former party president Arvind Singh Lovely, have left the Congress and joined the BJP. Apart from Lovely, Rajkumar Chauhan, Neeraj Basoya, Amit Malik and Naseeb Singh also joined BJP.
All of them were included in the party by Delhi BJP State President Virendra Sachdeva today at the BJP headquarters. Interestingly, Lovely had resigned from the post of Congress President.
BJP State President Virendra Sachdeva welcomed all of them into the party and said that a person who basically loves Delhi cannot stay in Congress. I hope that in future we will all work together to beautify Delhi.
After joining hands with BJP, Lovely told the media that Lovely wanted to thank BJP, the party that supported them at a time when they were wandering around lost. Lovely added that they will do do whatever we can to form the BJP government in Delhi. We will work to further strengthen Modi’s hand.
