Mix one teaspoon each of aloe vera juice, amla juice, and giloy juice in a glass of lukewarm water and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning.
Vitamins E and C from multivitamins are beneficial for fatty liver.
Increase the consumption of foods like cabbage, turmeric, beetroot, grapes, radish, and papaya.
You can also use kutki, kalmegh, bhingra, punarnava powder, apple cider vinegar, and dalchini.
