Hisar, 9 January 2025- A father, worried about his missing daughter in Hisar, tried to meet CM Saini on Thursday. During this, when the police stopped them from going to the CM, the couple tried to commit suicide. The incident happened when the Chief Minister’s convoy was on a tour to Hisar. The father tried to commit suicide by pouring petrol on himself. But the security personnel present on the spot stopped him in time.
It is being told that the father had been pleading for help from the police and administration regarding his daughter’s disappearance for the last several days, but his plea was not heard. Disappointed, he decided to demand justice directly from the Chief Minister. After the incident, the police took the father into custody and started investigating the case.
According to Sunil Kumar, a resident of Geeta Colony, his 16-year-old daughter is missing since September 29. He has registered the missing complaint in Azad Nagar police station. He told that he used to drive a car. The daughter has studied till ninth class. He told that she left the house at 6.10 am on September 29.
