May 6,2024, Jharkhand– Enforcement Directorate raids many places in Ranchi where in Rs 20 crore cash recovered from the house of domestic assistant of minister’s private secretary.
In February last year, ED arrested Chief Engineer of Jharkhand Rural Development Department, Virendra K. Ram was arrested in money laundering case. During interrogation, Virendra Ram had also revealed his relations with many big people before the ED.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids in various areas of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. In the Virendra Ram case, a huge amount of cash was recovered from the domestic help of Sanjeev Lal, personal secretary of Jharkhand Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam. Let us tell you that in February last year, ED had arrested Chief Engineer of Jharkhand Rural Development Department, Virendra K. Ram was arrested in money laundering case. After a long interrogation, ED arrested him. During interrogation, Virendra Ram also revealed his relations with many big personalities before the ED. According to the information, property worth Rs 150 crore was found at Ram’s place. Apart from this, gold jewelry worth two crores was also recovered. ED also recovered a laptop and some pen drives from Virendra Ram.
