Srinagar: Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge became unwell on Sunday while giving a speech at an electoral rally in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir. Later, the senior politician continued his statement, declaring that he will pass away only once Prime Minister Narendra Modi is removed from office.
Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that he will not pass away until he removes PM Modi from office
“We’ll battle to bring back statehood…I am eighty-three years old; I will not pass away so quickly. I will live until PM Modi is removed from office,” Kharge declared.
The Congress chief also accused the Prime Minister of “shedding false tears for the future of the youth” of the Valley during his rallies.
Kharge asserted that unemployment has increased during the Modi administration, saying, “The truth is that in the last 10 years, the youth of the entire country have been pushed into darkness for which Modi himself is responsible.”
“The latest unemployment statistics are in. Thanks largely to Modiji, unemployment has reached its highest level in 45 years. In Jammu and Kashmir, there are 65% of unfilled positions in government departments. Outsiders are being hired on contractual and daily pay jobs here,” according to Kharge.
Following the speech, the head of the Congress wrote in a post, “I will live and listen to you until Modi is not removed. I’ll stand up for you!”
Kharge’s health update
Kharge’s son and Congress member Priyank Kharge, stated that the party president is presently doing well after being examined by his medical team.
“Congress President Kharge was speaking at a public gathering in Jasrota, Jammu and Kashmir, when he felt a little under the weather. His medical staff has checked him, and other than a little low blood pressure, he is doing fine. I am so appreciative of everyone’s care. His perseverance and the support of others keep him going strong,” Priyank wrote on X.
