New Delhi, 22 December 2024: The registration for Delhi’s Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana will begin tomorrow, as announced by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal.
Under the Mahila Samman Yojana, Rs 2,100 will be deposited into the bank accounts of women to support their well-being. Meanwhile, the Sanjeevani Yojana will offer free healthcare to elderly residents above 60, aiming to address the lack of support for retirees, particularly in the middle class.
To ensure widespread registration, AAP will send teams to people’s homes to register applicants. A Delhi voter ID card is required to register, and residents can also check their voter status on the official website. Kejriwal criticized the BJP for allegedly canceling voter registrations on a large scale.
