Punjab’s Police all eyes on India-Pak Border: held special meetings with Village residents.

26 July, Punjab: Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and DGP Punjab held a meeting with members of village defense committees and residents in village Bare Ke, near the India-Pakistan Border.

Key Points:

✅ Anti-drone technology will be installed along the entire India-Pakistan border within a year to stop the smuggling of drugs and weapons.

✅ Anyone who helps the police capture a drone coming from across the border will be rewarded with one lakh rupees.

✅ Rewards will be given to committees/panchayats doing outstanding work to eliminate drugs.

✅ Women should play a revolutionary role in the elimination of drugs from the state.

✅ Public cooperation with the police is crucial to making Punjab drug-free.
