An old video of Bollywood star Salman Khan talking about “blackbuck murder” has surfaced on social media, one day after his father, renowned film director Salim Khan, stated that his son had not murdered any blackbuck.
Film director Salim Khan stated that his son had not murdered any blackbuck.
A reporter from India Today was seen in a Reddit post published by r/BollyBlindsNGossip inquiring as to whether Salman murdered the blackbuck. Salman answered, “I wasn’t the one who shot the blackbuck,” to this.
Numerous people have watched the video and left comments on it.
One wrote, “This is a very good example of sensible anchoring/journalism from the host. She is asking very personal yet probing questions, to a man who could get easily triggered, yet in every sentence she is showing enough empathy that Salman is taking time but eventually opening up to answer.”
A second replied, “Bhoi done many terrible things but to be honest nobody really knows who shot that poor animal. It could be him; it could be one of the other 3. Fact is that they were all out there hunting endangered animals as if it’s some kind of sport.”
“Old cases are strong, if he committed the same crime now that would have been closed by now. Give me on example like this happened in last 10-12 years,” commented the third.
Salim Khan claimed in a recent interview with Dainik Bhaskar that the threats are nothing more than “extortion.” He continued, “To whom should Salman apologize? Apologies are meant for the people you have committed a crime to.
Salim Khan went on to say, “Did Salman break any laws? Have you ever seen it? Are you aware? Have you done any research? Not even one gun has been used by us. Salman claimed that he wasn’t even present at the moment. Salim Khan asserted, as quoted by Dainik Bhaskar, “Usko koi shauq nahi janwar maarne ka.. (he has no interest in killing animals)… he loves animals.”
Other than this, Salim denied any connection between Salman Khan and Baba Siddique, the leader of the NCP, being killed. “There is no connection between Salman and the murder of Baba Siddique. A land dispute led to the murder of Baba Siddique,” he had declared.
Salman Khan recently got a threat message on the Mumbai Traffic Police’s WhatsApp account. Khan was asked to pay money “to end his long-standing rivalry with Lawrence Bishnoi,” according to the message.
Salman Khan’s name surfaced in the 1998 Blackbuck killing case, making him a target for Lawrence Bishnoi’s group. The incident allegedly happened while Salman Khan was hunting a blackbuck in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, while filming the 1999 movie “Hum Saath Saath Hain.”
