Following Suhana Khan’s purchase of two prestigious properties in Maharashtra, Aryan Khan paid Rs 37 crore for two floors in the same South Delhi building that Shah Rukh Khan owns the basement and ground level of.
The Economic Times was able to get paperwork indicating that Aryan bought the land in Panchsheel Park, Delhi. Aryan spent total Rs 2.64 crore in May 2024 as mentioned in the stamp duty. Remarkably, the ground floor and basement of the building are already owned by the Khan family.
Suhana Khan paid Rs 12.91 crore in January 2023 for farmland in Alibaug, a seaside town in Maharashtra. A year later, in February 2024, she bought a seaside home in coastal Maharashtra, not far from Mumbai. The price of this lavish, beachfront home was more than Rs 10 crore.
