May 22, 2024, Chandigarh– The Haryana Government has devised a road map for the implementation of three new Criminal Laws namely the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and The Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. The three key departments- Police, Prison and Prosecution are geared up and have taken a series of steps for the implementation of the three Criminal Laws, including conducting capacity building programs and organizing workshops to sensitize their officers about these three laws.

Haryana Chief Secretary, Sh TVSN Prasad shared this after participating in the meeting held under the chairmanship of Union Home Secretary through video conferencing to review the action taken and the progress of the road map prepared by the States and UTs for implementation of the three new criminal laws, here today.
